I believe, it’s because we’re still trying to do it the way “we think is best,” instead of how God told us to do it!
Maybe we need to take a new look at what Jesus said…
Do you realize that everyone is in a battle? Even if things are going well for you right now, you’re in a battle. It’s only when we can see the obvious, trial, suffering, pain or misfortune of life that we recognize we are.
But we’re always in a battle.
What’s the purpose of the battle? Your soul, your peace, your joy… or your LIFE!

But as Christians, we’ve been notified by God’s word that we are even bigger winners than anything the world could ever know or understand.
But if you’re a Christian… do you really understand? Most don’t.
How many times in your life have you asked the “age old” question…WHY?
Why is this happening to me? Why is this happening to my child?
Why didn’t I get the job instead of this guy? And the list goes on…
Why do Christians suffer? (Except when then bring it on themselves through bad choices?)

Sex, seduction, infidelity, drama, hero, triumph, defeat, attempted murder, slavery trafficking, faithfulness in the face of temptation…
These are a few of the elements of this real life drama that serves to teach us about real life!
We all suffer for one of two reasons: Doing wrong or doing right.
The choice belongs to us!
I’ve been gaining more and more awareness of the “missing ingredient” in successful Christian living… And do you know what I think it is?

It’s called the Bible. It’s claimed to be the actual Word of God to mankind.
Is it? How can we know for sure that it wasn’t just something men “made up?”"

The word Islam means “submission,” or the total surrender of oneself to God.
That’s very interesting because that’s “exactly” what God wants from Christians! Only it’s not the “submission” He wants as much as the “surrender.”
There are between 1 billion and 1.8 billion Muslims, making Islam the second largest religion in the world, after Christianity. Another interesting fact…
